“I was satisfied with the lamps. But the delivery process was very unacceptable. When I purchased the lamps I was that I would be contacted before the delivery. That didn't happen. I was told that the delivery would be in a week that was a lie. I came to make a complaint. I was told that someone would be contacting me that was a lie. The delivery came when I was at work around 4pm. I had to leave work early so that nobody would steal the lamps. The delivery person didn't put the lamps on porch. He put them right in the walkway for the whole world to see them and co.e and steal them. It would have been a big problem going through process of getting more lamps. I will never purchase anything that has to be delivered be fed ex or ups or the likes. I am very disappointed in that process.”

“I love the lamp in my space. What I love even more is the service-after-the-sale, for when I unwrapped and assembled the thing and found a manufacturing flaw (a silver dollar size piece of the gold film inside the shade had pulled away ... making the outside of the shade look stained/mottled/discolored. The Ashley Furniture both in my local store and the post-delivery phone number I called were understanding, and have sent me a new shade. It won't be here for a week, but I am very positively impressed with the post sale service.”
