Incompetent customer service

“The lamp was pretty but too large. Called same day to return it, and it took 3 phone calls to have it picked up, and on the 4th call I was finally given a return label to take it to FedEx myself!
Then I didn’t get a credit on my credit card until I made a phone call 2 weeks later asking when it was happening. You had the lamp back over 2 weeks!
The whole return process took almost a month which is ridiculous!
I will never order from you again!”
