POOR QUALITY AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

“The lamp is very lightweight and poor quality. The top of the lamp is difficult to attach to the base of the lamp due to the lamp not being well made, the pieces do not line up well, the lampshade is crooked. I have to put a shim under the finial to make the lampshade level. I called Ashley to return the lamp and I was told I can’t return it because it’s been more than 72 hours, even though I was on vacation when the lamp was delivered! I am not happy with the lamp nor am I happy with Ashley furniture service! I will not be shopping here any longer:(”
