“These look great in our bedroom. I would not buy them for a living room, as they are a bit "squatty" looking for a living room. The shades are wider than I would like for the base, but I love the color in the base. YOU WILL NEED A THREE-WAY BULB! These do not work well with only a single-setting bulb.”
