Return policy is horrible!!!!!

“Very unhappy....I do not like the way they look in my house at all! Tried to return and was told, I have to pay for postage!!!! That would cost $100... or so for the two lamps i purchased????? Really, how sad you have no assistance for a person who purchased in good faith, and is honest about why returning???? I am SO DISAPPOINTED IN ASHLEY for abandoning their customers like this. There is no avenue to return to an Ashley store either!!!! How sad your customer service is so horrible with online purchases!!!! Shame on you ASHLEY!!! BTW...I also WAS going to purchase a couch from you, but with this horrible customer service, I have decided to spend all that money with someone that offers a consumer friendly refund policy!!!! You lost out on a $6000.00 sale because of this unknown refund policy!!!!! And I have the receipts to prove it!!!!! SO, BUYER BEWARE...ALL ONLINE PURCHASES HAVE TO BE SHIPPED BACK USUNG USPS OR FED EX, AND 100% PAID BY THE RETURNEE...PLUS A STOCKING FEE, I ASSUME!!! SHAME ON YOU ONLINE ASHLEY!!!! I hope you do use this feedback to improve!!”

“I wouldn't buy it again. Its not well made and pretty unstable. the adjustment feature is not consistent between the two lamps I purchased, so they aren't even. It looks fine...but pick something else.”

“Lamp maximum height is only about 5 feet. We had wanted to use behind a chair, but was too short to be effective. The lamp is fine in a place where height is not as important.”
