DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM ASHLEY

“Do not buy. We saw the other reviews and thought if it was flawed we could just return it. The glass is flawed. It has a bubble in it, and there are black scuff marks in several places. The opening in the glass to attach to the base is some sort of rough, unfinished cut. We have spent so much time trying to return it. You cannot return in store because it is a separate company. You have to report "damage" within 3 days. The only way to return it is to call a 1-800 number where they won't give you the information on how to return it. Even though the website says you can return within 30 days and pay shipping, they insist you have only 3 days after arrival to return it and you must first document the "damage" by sending them pictures. The first rep hung up on me when I asked where to send the pictures to. The second rep had me on hold for 20 minutes before she came back and said she e-mailed me an address to return to. I had to argue with her that I had 30 days to return it - she started out by saying I couldn't return it at all per their website. They gave me no return ticket or shipping label. They sent me an e-mail with an address and verbal instructions to ship it back to that address and then they will give me a refund. Nothing in writing.”

Beautiful but disappointed

“I think this lamp is beautiful however I hate the charging station. It is hard to use and the light is too bright for a dark bedroom. I also don't like that the lamp is stationary and not adjustable to move the shade/stand are not adjustable. You need to move the whole lamp with the base to direct the shade where you want it which then changes where the on/off switch sits.”
