The first lamp I received had a badly chipped glass globe, I contacted you and provided photos of the damage. Within 24 hours I had a brand new lamp in perfect condition. Thank you”

“The lamp assembly is easy and quick. It seems pretty solid once it goes together. I am not using the step on/off switch because I have the lamp in a switched outlet. I put a smart bulb in the socket so I can dim the light and give it color. Because I am using the smart bulb I like the globe and exposed bulb feature. It was too bright with a regular bulb.”

“I like the look of this lamp a lot. The negative is it came with a piece of the glass globe cracked off around the outside rim. It was packed well in styrofoam, but unfortunately it was too delicate for shipping.”
