Shoddy construction, can’t return.

“The entire top is crooked. Either the shade has to just sit on top loose, or to tighten it town means the shade is VERY crooked. Poor quality. Additionally, the screw at the top to tighten up the lamp shade appears to be rusting. Because it was on clearance, it can’t be returned and I’m stuck. I’m considering a credit card chargeback.”
