Beautiful but horrible customer service

“The day before scheduled delivery, I was told this item would not be delivered. Not a big deal so I asked to deliver when available and drop off in my package door which has a security code. Ashley refused. I told them to cancel the order. They never tried to save my business they just went ahead and submitted the cancel that kept me on the phone for almost an hour. I went and spent the money on other lamps I found elsewhere. On delivery, surprise surprise, the lamps were in the delivery. I had to drive 30 minutes to return the lamps I bought thinking I wouldn’t get these. Horrible and incompetent customer service.”

“They seem like good quality. They are very attractive and sturdy. It was difficult to unpack them from the box as it was very hard to get the shades out without bending them so don’t rush when you are trying to unpack them. I appreciate the snug packing, however, because it prevents damage.”
