“I am so pleased with my lamps. The description on line was spot on. The delivery was fast. The packaging protected all parts. The height and color was exactly what I wanted. The off white shade brightened up my living room.
I specifically wanted 100 watt plus lamps and there take the 3 way 150 w.
These bulbs can be expensive but the LED is supposed to last 5 years. I opted to pay cash versus using my Ashley credit card. The lamps are stylish and exactly what I wanted. Also on sale so 2 lamps for less then $125.”

“I love the lamps. However one of the lamp finials was broken when I received the lamp and when I called the Ashley store I was told they would send me a new one. What I received was the knob that turns the lamp on. Because I was told it would be replaced I destroyed the box the lamps were shipped in so can’t return them. I then called again and another customer service rep told me I had to send a picture of what was broken, which I did but to date have heard nothing. Hoping I can get a new finial and that it is packed well so doesn’t break.”

“The first set of lamps I ordered, sold as a set, were two different colors. One more blue, like the set I saw in the store, and the other one more green. After a lengthy phone call with customer service, I was able to send them back at no charge via a FedEx pick up. The customer service rep ordered me another set. This 2nd set was more of the faded blue greenish color which wasn't the color I had seen in the store. Again, after a lengthy phone call with customer service, they agreed to pick up the second set via FedEx at no charge. It took 3 weeks and another phone call to get a credit back to my account. I am very disappointed as I really wanted two blue lamps like the ones displayed in the store.”
