“Your customer service is beyond terrible. It was damaged and then you scheduled an appt to deliver a replacement I stayed home for your 4 hour window and at 8pm they cancelled and said they would call come the next day no one called and no one came. Went into the store and they couldn’t help either they said they would call me the next day and never did. While I was at the store another customer was also complaining. Shame on ashley for the terrible customer service you provide.”
