I have to reach out to Ashley’s furniture still but the desk came with the drawer misaligned (kinda driving my ocd wild) and it also came with a hair in the paint finish. Other than those two things, it would have been perfect. I am hopeful Ashley’s furniture can assist, as this would be a manufacture defect. Such a nice looking desk overall, that’s why I kept it at 4 stars.”

“Really nice desk. Assembly instructions was easy and put it together in less than 1 hour. I had to wait several months for it due to it being out of stock and supply chain issues. This was not a surprise as I was given a timeframe of when I would receive it (came earlier than the time given). Fit and finish of the drawers could be better but acceptable for the price paid. Overall I am very satisfied with the purchase.”

“It is a beautiful and solid piece of furniture. I actually own the lift-top "standing" desk but wish I had bought the regular drawer instead. I notice they both have the charging outlets on top of the desk..they're black, ugly outlets and you can't really set anything over them because they stick up above the surface. Like the other owner, I removed it myself. Left a hole that I cover with a candle. Design-wise, the manufacturer needs to place the charge on the side of the desk...maybe both sides because I only have an outlet on the left side. Not a lot of drawer space in either version. Small drawer only 12' deep, not 24" like the desk. Hardly holds anything. Lift-top has almost zero drawer space all over. I still love the look and feel of the desk but version 2.1 could be better. Cord is thick black cord...virtually no one has black walls or outlets in their offices. Cord/charging port look clunky and out of place.”
