Missing parts

“I love the bookshelf, however, the bottom of one of drawers was missing. I sent an email to the customer resolution center. They responded 7 days later asking for a picture of the outside of the shipping box (I sent a photo of this in the beginning but they wanted a po#) the boxes were recycled last week. I also sent a photo of the missing part that was shown in the instruction/assembly booklet. Not sure what else they need in order to send the missing item”
