Great chair, lousy customer service.

“This would have been 5-stars but one of the four chairs I purchased is missing one of its casters. I've been trying to contact someone at Ashley with the authority to send me the part, to no avail. Ashley's customer service is atrocious, they keep sending me back to my local store but this product is only available online. The most frustrating experience of my life! I'm still waiting for someone to pay a modicum of attention to the problem and find someone in their company to fix it.”
