“It had scratches on the main 2 pieces. Because I didn’t open it and contact customer service within the 72 hour window (it was the following day) they wouldn’t let me return it. I explained that I am a senior, disabled person. They are sending a new one. The quality of this product is terrible. I just want to return it. Ashley is off my list of companies I will buy from.”
