Never ordering again

“Ordered 3 bookcases color “Black Forest”. Arrived 3 bookcases color “ Havana Brown”. Called to exchange & was told color was close enough and when I objected was told all sales are final unless the product was damaged. Also, when you open “Hardware” box everything is loose, not separated with plastic bags. Spent more than $800. You all are thieves!”
