Will not shop from Ashley ever again

“This was the worst shopping experience from beginning to end; I will never buy anything from Ashley ever again. The store did not have the shelf I wanted (despite advertising that it was a showroom to show furniture). Once I bought the shelf online, I received multiple emails with conflicting confirmation information. Then, I received an email with an incorrect tracking number. Once I received the correct tracking number, I was able to track it, only to find out that the package would be arriving 2 days later than my confirmation email stated. The instructions for putting the shelf together were unclear, and the quality of the shelf itself is quite poor. The pieces were unevenly cut, and some parts cracked easily from a simple twist of the Allen key. Overall, terrible experience with subpar furniture.”
