Terrible customer service

“I canceled this order immediately after ordering it and called numerous times but they still tried to deliver it. I denied the order and it was shipped back to the sender. I was told that there would be a credit on my account more than once, but it never happened. The customer service agents are outside the country and there is a lack of good communication. They do not do what they say they are going to do. There is no manager to assist.”
