Mala experiencia

“No lo recomiendo. Primera vez que me llego en malas condiciones. Tornillos oxidados. Tablas astilladas. Pedí un reembolso después de una semana aproximadamente porque fue cuando tuve tiempo de abrirlo y no me lo dieron porque solo dan 3 días para regresarlo. Pedí que me dieran el reembolso de crédito de la tienda y tampoco se pudo. Tuve que gastar más tiempo en donarlo en goodwill para que me pudieran enviar otro igual. Muy mala calidad se quiebra con mucha facilidad. Muy dificil de armar porque me llegaron 2 tablas y varios tornillos con las letras y números cambiados.
Muy mala experiencia pidiendo en línea. No lo recomiendo. Es mejor ir a la tienda.
Aunque este en oferta esperaba algo de mejor calidad.”

Horrible assembly instructions; desk seems fine

“The assembly instructions are the worst I've seen, and I've assembled a lot of items from ikea and Ashley over the years. Doesn't tell you how to orient panels when you connect them, doesn't tell you which side to put screws into, showed the wrong holes to screw the drawer wheel tracks into (had to measure, unscrew, and rescrew), and some panels didn't line up so I had to use a drill to enlarge holes for the pegs to fit into. Im glad I have a somewhat engineering mind, and could reason out how things should fit together so I could correct the misalignments. Assembly took HOURS after having to repeatedly undo and redo steps. Now that its assembled it seems fine, but following the instructions would have resulted in a wonky mess that wouldn't function.”
