Don’t order online

“I have canceled my online order and requested it to be canceled through live agents and online chat services literally 10 times but the package ended up on my doorstep. I cancelled it right after I placed the order. This gave them plenty of time to get it done. It is VERY frustrating to see this happen. These people have ZERO communication. Do not ever order online.”

AWFUL. Defective drawers AND legs that fall out/squeak!

“Drawers have to be YANKED to open, and shoved hard to close. The worst part however (as if that’s not bad enough) is the legs of the table fall out on their own. They’re so loose in the gold part that they squeak everytime you move the desk. It looks as if there is supposed to be adhesive on the clear plastic parts of the legs that melted (hence the being so loose they fall out and squeak)? Also came with a small chip on the table top. It’s visually beautiful but we couldn’t have received a more defective desk. At least I hope that this is defective and not the actual quality to expect of a non-defective desk.”
