A Nightmare.

“Very dissatisfied. Took a professional over 3 hours to assemble. Some screws were missing Had to go to Lowe’s to get match. Finished product was wobbly to a point of not even being able to write without the table moving. I asked to return the desk for a refund. I got an email back that i would have to disassemble the desk. Repack it and pay for shipping. To be perfectly honest it is easier for me to take apart and call the garbage man to pick up. I had to pay the man who put it together and now have to pay him to disassemble. Needless to say it has been a total disaster. And I received no assistance from Ashley. A nightmare to say the least. Yes they offer to refund my money but can you imagine what I have to go through to accomplish this refund. I don’t like giving bad reviews but in this case I have no alternative. Patrick Roach. It came with a broken track on the drawer and all I had to do was fill out a form with the part number and within five days had the new part. GREAT Service and product.”

“This desk had so many parts, the directions in the book were wrong in many of the areas. The parts in the book were incorrectly identified and the writing was very faint! We threw the whole thing in the trash!! Would never recommend this!!”
