“The chair arrived with a tear in it. So far customer service has only given me two options, take 10% discount to go donate it to a church and they will give me a replacement. I feel like they should exchange the chair since they sent me a torn chair.”

Don’t Waste Your Money

“It’s horrible. Not worth the price. I ordered it online and when I received it and put it together it was very cheaply made. Immediately I took it apart and reached out to see if I could return it to the store. After two weeks of trying to get the paperwork and confirmation of how to handle I was told that I had to ship it back at my cost.
I cost $120 to ship the chair back. Ridiculous customer service with little to no help I made my last purchase from Ashley.”
