“I got with your Ashley chat last Saturday because the package was missing a Part #10, which is the face of one of the smaller drawers, so I could not complete the assembly of the cabinet. Nyasha said you would be getting with me in 2-3 days to get the info to send me the missing part. Never heard from you. Please call me a 972-951-4164 so we can get this resolved. Or I will never buy anything from Ashley again. I am being treated horribly here.”

“Wish I had read the small print…..assembly required. Went to local Ashley store who could not help with assembly because it is in “online only” purchase. Have had it two weeks…. All the pieces still sitting in box. If it weren’t such a hassle it would be returned.”
