“It arrived quickly but arrived without drawer sides. I called Ashley furniture customer Service to see if I could get the part sent to me. I was told this desk was from a third party and they would email me in 3-5 business days and to keep checking my spam. Just a big hassle, I bought it from Ashley’s so you would figure they would be able to fix the mistake.”

Cheaply made, strong paint smell

“Took way too long to be shipped, once it got here main top drawer arrived cracked. Contacted them and i guess they use a third party so now i have to wait for a solution in about 5 days. Regardless wouldnt be keeping smells very strong of cheap paint and paint is not full coverage in some places. Would go to wayfair or amazon instead; way better customer service.”
