Nice desk

“This desk was still expensive even after receiving a discount. It is good quality, but a piece of the large drawer had broken off, and I had to glue it. There was also a dent on one of the corners. It was packaged much better than other things we have ordered from other companies. We had so many issues with another company that we were glad this desk didn’t come fully damaged. We didn’t want to deal with sending it back too.”

Drawer won’t close, wood top chipped multiple plac

“Drawer broken, wood chipped, poor quality. I’ve provided pictures and submitted all the necessary paperwork and Simpli’s customer service has delayed responding for weeks. Some excuse that their engineer’s haven’t gotten to my complaint yet. I’m frustrated and just asking for a refund. Also, beware that the wood had deep grains - unusable for writing.”
