Don't believe 30-day return policy! It is actually only 72 hours. Return policy is misleading. I am stuck with items after 9 days.

“The 30-day return policy is false! I contacted chat in 9 days to return my undamaged unopened item still in box and Ashley informed me I only had 72 hours to return, not 30 as stated on website. Beware! They told me I could not return the Furinno Turn-N-Tube desk or the chair I bought with it because I had not initiated the return within 72 hours of delivery. So now I have to figure out how to sell the items to recoup my money. I bought the items because I thought there was a 30-day return policy. Here is the return policy on the Ashley website: " If your Standard Shipping item arrives damaged, please contact Customer Care within 72 hours. We accept the return of Standard Shipping item(s) within 30 days of delivery (please note return shipping fees may apply). To report delivery damage or make a return, call Customer Care at 866-436-3393. For Standard Shipping items where a manufacturing defect is discovered after the 30-day return period, consult the manufacturer’s warranty, if any." I am sorry I bought from Ashley Online.”
