For the price, the materials provided were better than expected. Assembly instructions were terrible.

“The instructions to build the bookcase were very bad. Need better wording and better diagrams. A QR code that takes you to a video tutorial INSIDE the box with the instructions would be much better than on the exterior of the shipping box. We did not notice the QR code on the exterior of the box until we were more than 1/2 way finished with it.”

“I picked this out for my husband. He had knee surgery and I had decided to redo our computer room in RED WHITE And Blue . My husband is a Vet and served in the Vietnam War. So I was making this more his room.. The shelf messed up on the side when my son was putting it together.. The stickers on the side stick out like a sore thumb. It is just way to Shiney This is one piece I wish I had never bought...”

“I gave it a 4. Overall I really like the bookcase; however, there were imperfections which costed me extra money. The bookcase shelves were unfinished on both sides. I had to buy some very thin crown molding, paint it white, and nail it into the front of the shelves so it would hide the fact that it was unfinished. Online mentions stickers to hide the black screws. I didn't get stickers and honestly I think the black.screws are ugly and stand out having black screws showing. Half the bookcase had predrilled holes for where to put the screws; the other half did not have predrilled holes. Not sure how I received the defective box, but it came out good. I'll just have to figure out something to cover the black screws.”
