NEVER BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE

“Came cracked. Ashley is taking too long to do anything about it. I've already contacted 3 agents. They all keep saying to wait 3-5 days. After these days pass they do nothing. This desk is from their partner, they do not give any information about that partner either. First time buying from them and the experience is terrible. Do not recommend buying from this store at all. Terrible customer service, terrible business practice.”

“The 2-drawer desk itself was fine but the drawers were not. They were lose so you could move them from side to side and that space showed even when the drawers were closed. When you opened them, they didn't glide quietly.
The finish color matched our other furniture exactly--that part we liked. The unit will suffice for my husband to use to place the large device he uses to help him read better (he has macular dystrophy).”
