“The desk itself is lovely, but it’s clearly broken. I immediately contacted customer support and was told it would take 3-5 days to have a resolution. I contacted them 7 days after and was told a replacement was on its way. I contacted them again a week later and was told I will be getting an email. It’s ridiculous.”
