Not impressed with the shipping packaging

“The bookshelves while nice arrived unassembled in their shipping boxes which was unexpected. As a result of their significant weight, both bookcases, I ordered 2 of them, arrived damaged. Now begins the process of getting replacement parts which goes through the manufacturer and not Ashley furniture. This process is cumbersome to say the least. My advice is to stay away from this product.”

Exactly what I was looking for

“I am very pleased with the purchase. The bookshelf is all wood. There is no composite wood, plastic, or cardboard. Assembly was easy. All parts aligned. Directions were easy to understand. Packaging was excellent and very protective of the contents. The price was reasonable. I will likely purchase other items from SimpliHome.”

“Ordered two (2) sets of shelves on-line. Shipment arrived in a few days and was delivered to my front porch. Very well packaged with no damage. I am impressed with the quality considering I had to put the shelves together. Instructions were easy to understand, and all the hardware was included with an extra pack to cover any shortages. I am very pleased with my purchase.”
