Completely wrong color

Okay, But Not the Same Color as in the Photo

“I bought the brown one. Compare the pictures of mine with the brown one in the listing. Note that they are not the same shade of brown. They are noticeably different. This is a bit of an issue for my interior decorating.
Before I took it out and set it up, I opened the box to look at some of the pieces, and that's how I noticed that the color was not the same as the picture shows.
I spoke with a customer service rep about it, and she noted that it was indeed the correct one. She was gracious about initiating a return. A few days after this, I decided to take it out of the box, set it up, and see if I might be able to live with it, as I don't know if I have the mental energy to look for another one if I return it.
In another picture, note that part of the bookcase is cracked. I noticed the crack as I was taking it out of the box. It's on the back of the bookcase, so I think I can live with it.
Other than that issue, the wood looks pretty nice. The shade of brown is fine for what it is, though it's not the shade shown in the listing, which is what I was expecting.
I may be able to live with it even though the color is wrong.”
