Not happy with quality of product and lack of proper tools.

“I was not happy with the build quality of this item. It looked like sturdy wood, but the ladder's side pieces is two separate pieces that are basically glued together and held by two tiny screws in the back. That is not as sturdy as I would want. In addition, I was not able to finish building the bookshelf because one of the required locking nuts did not have any threading on it and zero extra pieces were provided. Overall, I don't feel like dealing with the return so I will be keeping the piece, but I will have to go shopping for my own locking nut and will not be buying from Ashley's online store again.”
