“Received the wrong item. Was supposed to receive this 31.5” and another 18” but received only two 18”, had to take photos of both boxes and jump through hoops and I still don’t know when they’re picking it and bringing the correct one. I don’t even want either piece now because it’s cheap particle board. Looks nice in photos. That’s about it.”

Sturdy enough for a stand alone pantry

“Some pieces arrived damaged. Some of the laminate was scratched and chipped. Must have occurred during packaging rather than shipping because the box look intact.
Put it together anyway, fairly easy, except for the placement of the hinges. Instructions showed more details for one side than the other. Luckily I can follow pictures well.
Didn’t expect much for the price. Serves its purpose. Will call the number included in the box to get the damage shelves replaced. Hope they don’t charge shipping!”

“I cancelled my order 10 minutes after I ordered it. Was told I would get an email from cancellation team never got email instead the order was shipped out. Had to call to have shipment stopped from being delivered was told it couldn’t be stopped I would have to ship it back after talking to supervisor and arguing with her she finally had the shipment intercepted was told it would take 3 weeks after item was returned to get refund customer service was terrible”
