Returning isn’t an option

“I’m happy with my purchase 2 boxes arrived 1 was very damaged I opened it up to check condition and it was fine the other box on the other hand was in good shape but it was manufactured over a year earlier so the matching pieces don’t look exactly alike and the cam locks are very brittle and most of them broke while building so I ended up using wood glue to build it and some straps to wait for the glue to cure, as returns are a bit hard as I don’t have a truck to transport maybe I can get some sent to me .”

“It’s hard for me to know how well this product works for me when I’ve had to contact Ashley 5 times to attempt to get missing parts and they still haven’t sent them. On the last attempt I was issued a 10% refund so I had to go to Lowe’s myself and get drawer slides to even be able to use the drawer. Since they aren’t from the manufacturer, the drawer doesn’t roll as smooth. I’m just so frustrated about the whole situation and will not buy anything from this manufacturer again nor deal with Ashley again.”

“The styrofoam in the box made a HUGE mess! There were pieces that were scratched and dried glue was coming out of areas. The quality of this piece was not what I am used to from Ashley’s furniture. I didn’t return it because it made such a mess getting all of the pieces out of the box, that I just couldn’t repackage it.”

“FedEx delivered 2 of the 3 packages. The first package had 2 boards that were drilled wrong. I redrilled the boards. They work now. Have not completed the first cabinet do to those boards. Some items not properly marked. Not very good visual instructions.”

“Arrived late and damaged with a funky smell. If the damage was more noticeable, I would have returned it. Color is alright, don't use a hammer like the manual suggests it will strip the screws. But you can definitely make this bookshelf work.”
