Disappointed - chair can not be assembled

“The chair arrived unable to assemble because the holes were not created to attach the top and bottom. I called Ashleys & they are not assisting with replacing the chair which was just ordered online. They said a damage claim had to be made & to wait 5 business days for contact. No contact from Ashleys. Totally confusing when this is like any other product you purchase on line. Why can they not simply replace the chair??!!!”

“Chair looks beautiful, I got the light cream color, and I can see how in time it will get stained from wear and Tear. Also, I purchased it online and did not realize by feel don't come anywhere close to touching the ground when sitting. I am 5'2.”
