Not impressed with your customer 'service'

“I wish I could review it. I was told it would be delivered on Friday. I called after the allotted time and was told it was never put on the FedEx truck. I called again on Saturday and was told it was in Goodyear. But still unsure when it would be delivered, perhaps Monday. I took Friday off work to wait; I can't take Monday off. The customer service rep would not guarantee its safety or delivery date. So far, I am not impressed with your customer service.”
