Solid desk, awful customer service

“The desk itself is nice, sturdy. But it arrived with corner smashed and some of the legs were bent. When I asked Ashley Furniture for an exchange, they said I need to donate this one and submit a receipt. When I explained that I don’t have the time to do all that, they said I can get 10% refunded and void my warranty… so I got back <$10 and got a damaged desk. Not what I’d expect from a new desk purchase.”

“We absolutely love and adore this table! It's big enough, stable and immediately catches your eyes. It was easy to assemble. We liked that the tabletop material was thick and that it had a modern, simple and clean aesthetic to it. We couldn't believe the value! Please don't hesitate...Buy it! We are getting another one. So happy Ashley has this and they simply nailed it out of the park! Thank you.”

Nice heavy duty desk at a great price

“Really like this desk. It has heavy wood brown deck top with the heavy duty white metal legs. Easy to assemble. The only complaint is the legs are on a slant which stops movements around the deck. Otherwise, this deck is a great price, is very heavy duty and looks good.”
