Point of purchase and product quality issues

“Slow delivery with little shipping status notification. Advertised discount for providing access to text message advertising did not apply to purchase due to fine print disqualifying purchase from discount. Assembly hardware and specially cam locks poor quality with parts that broke during assembly requiring purchase of better quality cam locks and hardware to complete assembly - predrilled cam lock holes undersized and had to be drilled out to fit cam locks, 4 of which broke when trying to fit in undersized holes.”
