“At purchase, tried to invoke advertised discount for providing access to text message advertising only to find out after purchase that fine print blocked application of discount because purchase was under $500- This was not clear in promotion materials. Product was slow to be delivered with very little shipping status communication before arrival. Assembly of furniture hampered by fragile cam locks, 4 of which broke when trying to insert them into pre-drilled holes that were undersized and had to be bored with drill to allow them to fit. Had to purchase $15 of better quality cam locks and other hardware from local hardware store to complete assembly.”
