Seat Bottom Not Level

“Assembly instructions largely straight forward until the part about "level the chair." After assembly, LH side of chair is approximately 1+ inches lower than RH side. During use, body tends to gravitate towards LH arm rest. Going to try removing the gas cylinder and reassembling to see if I can get a better alignment.”
