“ordered a coffee table with 2 end table, didn't order any protection plans, I requested a delivery date for the 16, for my granddaughter apartment and that was her move in date and I was approved for that date. The table set started to travel right away and was delivered on May 1st, and was delivered with No One There, some one could have stolen it. I live in Arkansas and this was a gift for my granddaughter that lives in Mississippi. She hadn't moved in yet and was unaware that it was sitting outside the house unprotected. IT was a total disaster and I'm 71 years old, This experience drove My blood pressure over the moon 🌙. If assembly was added, I paid for something that had could have been Stolen. Never Ever Will I recommend anyone to experience the misery that I went through. I wasn't told At the time Of ordering that this table Set was coming from a different provider. Painful Experience. “I purchased, the assembly for the bed frame and it is under the dresser. The dresser does not require and assembly. It’s already built. I called Ashley online before ever receiving, any items and told, no assembly is offered for bed frame! So I asked for refund of misled $99 dollars. No can do unless I cancel my order. Which was coming next day.
Also, the bed frame can not support a mattress!
There is no bed rail for box spring to sit on. I purchased a box spring and it’s to wide. Upon looking online at Ashley box spring yours are 2” too wide. I am about to disassemble this bed frame and drop it off at local store as mid sold/labled wood
Feel free to help me as my son is very upset his mattress is sagging through frame.

Wayfair always gladly takes returns and I had to pay $115 to ship this back to Ashley. I couldn’t even drive it to a nearby store. I for sure will never shop from Ashley again it was a horrible experience. The people on the phone were painfully slow and I can’t believe they wouldn’t arrange a return and just charge me a restocking fee.”

I called 20 minutes after placing the order on line.
I was told to call 24 hours later to cancel. Which I did. Your representative canceled my order gave me a confirmation of cancellation. # 10659616.
Then the next day your company withdrew the money from my acct. I called back. They said it would take 3-5 days to refund back . Never happened. On Sunday September 7th when I got home your company had delivered the chair.

“Love the sofa, love seat, and ottoman to this collection. Very much love that you can remove all of the pillows and they are able to be flipped. However we had a terrible experience with the delivery service. We were told our furniture would arrive on the 30th but when I called to check on the status of this since when placing the order it was 14-16 weeks out they said it would not arrive till October. The day of our delivery came no phone call nothing thankfully we were able to remove the set that was there and prep for arrival in less then an hour. I called customer service about this received not call back about this issue. Highly disappointed and probably would be less likely to purchase again because of this experience. Treat your customers better.”

“This order was supposed to be cancelled. I attempted to cancel the order online, ten minutes after placing the order. The online system would not cancel the order. I chatted with Ashely the following morning and was told I could not cancel because of the order status. I was told to try again later. I tried again later and was told the same. I tried again later and was told it had shipped and perhaps I could try to get "an intercept" on the shipment. I tried that and was told I could not do that. I was told I had to take delivery of the furniture and FedEx would come three days later to pick it up. I was forced to take delivery and store the furniture I tried to cancel ten minutes following the original transaction. FedEx picked up the furniture. I have only been refunded a partial refund for one chair (two were ordered) and not for the protection plan on chairs I don't own. This entire experience has been absolutely ridiculous. I'll never buy from Ashley again.”

“Your protection plan is terrible. The product was delivered with panels that were not drilled properly, so the shelves could not be installed. The delivery people reported the problem, but it took us over two weeks, dozens of phone calls, and text messages to get a repair person scheduled. Someone needs to learn the proper usage of email and text messages.”

“Wood Finish, very Nice. Included Build Hardware Terrible. Cam bolts threads not deep enough and threaded area too short. Cam locks seem to be aluminum as they bend easily or break when tightened and are unable to pull the pieces together or worse yet just pull the cam bolts out of the wood.”

“This was a gift for my daughters expecting baby and it arrived damaged and can’t even put it together . Both her and I have called about the damaged item and their response they’d get back to her …. It arrived damaged. They keep sending her the same email asking for pictures even after she sent pictures. Horrible customer service and does not handle a damaged item professionally. Bought the extended warranty too and now nervous that there will always be an issue if ever have to use it. She only wants the replaced parts so she put it together before her baby arrives and they are not making it easy when it arrived damaged.”
