Complaint Regarding Misleading Mattress Purchase and Unfair Exchange Policy

“I purchased a mattress online on October 8, 2025, and received it on October 15, 2025. After allowing the recommended 72 hours for expansion, I found it far too soft and causing significant back pain. I chose this model based on your online guidance for back support, which I now find misleading. When I contacted customer service on October 27, 2025, I was told that because my purchase was made online, I’m not eligible for an exchange — an unfair and undisclosed policy. Customers should receive equal treatment regardless of where they shop, especially when no local store is available. I currently have an open case, but the only solution offered was an exchange for the same mattress, which has already worsened my condition and led to a hospital visit. I’m requesting an exchange for a firmer model that better supports my medical needs. Given the health impact and misleading guidance, I believe an exception to”
