A CHEAP PIECE OF GARBAGE

“I wish i could give it zero stars! This is a flimsy, cheap piece of garbage. The particleboard disintegrates as you try to screw the parts together. The hinges for the doors can't hold the doors on and there is NO WAY to tighten them. So the doors are crooked and fall off the hinge when you try to open them. BEWARE ORDERING FROM ASHLEY!!! YOU AGREE TO CONTACTING THEM WITHIN 72 HOURS IF YOU WANT A RETURN!!!!! Unfortunately. we weren't aware of this policy and are now stuck with this piece of garbage. I thought Ashley was a legitimate furniture company with quality furniture, but was mistaken. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE !!!!!”

“This TV cabinet was exactly what we needed. It is great looking, very sturdy and doors open and close easily.
Was a bit complicated to put together and there were a gazzalion pieces. When we finally got it put together, with help from a friend, we were pleased. It goes well either way our fruniture.
The ordering was smooth and the cabinet actually came a day earlier than originally stated.”

It was delivered by Fed Ex instead of Ashley and it was 4 days late because Fed Ex would not deliver it because of the weight. And not wanting to climb 2 sets of stairs to my apartment. “I ordered the items in the 19th & received them on the 21st. Opened it up the 22nd to put it together and one of the pieces was broken. Contact customer service to get a replacement but she said it would be 7-10 business days before I would receive an email stating that it had been shipped. Now here I am having to wait anywhere from 1 week to 2 weeks before I even get an email letting me know that the piece has been shipped. So right now the other pieces are still in the box taking of room on my living room. Mind you all the pieces were placed in the box and was plastic wrapped so the piece had to have been broken before it was placed in there. Highly upset that it’s taking so long to receive any notification on when the replacement piece will be shipped. I knew better than to order again from Ashley Furniture because this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues.”
