“The product is a bit unstable on my carpet, but has remained upright. Assembly was easy, I did it by myself. Would have liked to easily been able to hammer the back panel to the middle section to prevent bellowing in the flimsy back. I got this specifically to match my bedroom, it has minimum space for book or other storage in comparison to other shelves for similar pricing.”

Manufacturing Problem

“I really like the size and look of it. Unfortunately, one of the shelves was manufactured wrong so the hardware holes for the lip of the shelf to attach to were on the wrong (unfinished) side. There was no way to make the shelf work without creating new holes on the correct side. Unfortunately, this was very difficult (I am not mechanically inclined) and ended up cutting myself pretty good. I finally had to just screw the 2 pieces together in a way that doesn't look pretty and isn't very sturdy. Then pound it into place with a hammer. At least this is not a load bearing shelf that would compromise the overall structure; if it had been more than 1 shelf manufactured wrong, I would've had a structural problem.”
