“The stand it’s self isn’t bad. The fact that I had two red stains directly on the top of the stand, front and center, and all they did was give me 10% off is disappointing. I expect better quality and customer service from a company like Ashley.”

“This would be a 5 star rating if it wasn't for a few gaps in the shelving here and there. On 1 or 2 of the shelves for the towers that go next to it, there's about an 1/8" gap. The bridge that goes over the TV to connect the 2 towers together also has a 1/8" gap in its front finisher piece.
The color of the "wood" is great and looks very nice! The barn door look of the cabinets separates it from Ikea stuff. It's very large, which we like. It really covers our wall and we don't regret buying it at this price point. If it were more costly, the fit would need to be better. It was super easy to put together. Most everything was cam-locks and a few nails for the backing. Ashley website says its for up to 60" TVs. Other resalers say 65". I measured my TV carefully & compared it to the specs online. Our 65" fits in there perfectly with 1" on all sides.”

“Kind of cheap to have the Ashley Furniture name on it. Didn’t mind putting it together, but some of the cams broke when tightening them. Luckily I had some extra ones laying around. I was disappointed on how short the piece was, maybe add some feet to it to raise it up a 4 or 5 inches. I was very surprised on how cheap and poorly designed this piece was.”

“While I love the color and look of the tv stand, it arrived with two damaged pieces. I called Ashley Parts the same day and they said they would ship out replacement parts. I was told it would be 10 days. After 14 days I called and was told they Justin”pulled the ticket” and they should be on their way soon. Now 10 more days later I still don’t have the parts. It’s been a month since I received tv stand but still don’t have a tv stand. Not the best customer service.”
