“It matches our bedroom furniture set perfectly and was very easy to put together. My only reason for not being 5 stars is because there are gaps in places instead of things sitting flush with each other, and you don’t have the option to not put the back on and just have it open or else it is very wobbly and doesn’t stay up straight. Seems kind of like a steep price for what is received but it does look good in our bedroom!”

“The Willowton piers are nice for the price. Plain but pleasant and functional. I needed piers with all shelves and this fit the need. There is not much depth or width as could be but as I said, it is cost effective shelf space for books and items. Easy to put together. They can be hooked to a bridge that goes over a matching TV stand, should you want a whole entertainment center look. That is what we did. All together, attractive and practical for our needs.”

Hassle of Replacing a Damaged Online Order

“Online order arrived with broken shelf and dented corners on sides. Called Ashley for replacement shelf and was told I had to take the shelf to a non-profit org, donate it, then called Ashley again with the receipt of donation before they would send out a replacement piece. Do you really think I am going to call to scam you out of a shelf? Give me a break! What a dumb process for customers to have to go through. I didn't break it...it arrived damaged! Why should the customer have to jump through hoops to get this fixed? They finally agreed their process was stupid and are sending my a replacement. We will see if that come to fruition!”

Customer service continues to give you the run around and despite spending all this money they have no care in the world. Beautiful set, lousy customer service so BEWARE.”
