“I really like the look of this bookshelf. Multiple shades of grays and browns in the look of patchwork reclaimed wood. It was a little wobbly, so I added shims to keep it steady against the wall.”

“Pieces were wrong in the box. Got 2 left sides and no right sides with each pier. Will like the item better if I can get this resolved. Would love to include a picture but still in the boxes taking up my whole living room. Store no help. Told me to bring them back.I would have to rent a truck. Gave me an 800 number to file a claim. We shall see.”

“Terrible very flimsy won't hold nothing. I paid for assembly but they did not assemble. I bought 2 one is still unopened. I wanted to return it but customer service will not allow for exchange our return if not contacted within 72 hours. Mind you the message me number they have listed did not respond to my multiple messages attempts for service. So if they dont respond its not granted as contact. Then you are outta luck . Same with emails do not email. Contact over the phone immediately and good luck! I wanted to purchase another bedroom set but I will not be doing business with them ever again. Nothing like throwing money away assemble fee flushed down the toilet. No shame for charging but not assembling SMH.”
