“One part came broken , while assembling the drawers two pieces broke!! And also the drawers don’t open properly , I saw only that it was like 75% which it’s not true , they open like 50% and I can’t see what it’s inside”

“The dresser is sturdy and has braces underneath each drawer which I appreciate. The top had a ding in it upon delivery but not enough to warrant a return and it's being used for a closet area. Assembly and instructions were straightforward. All around, it was a good purchase”

“This is very cheaply made. The drawer edges are peeling. The directions were not clear and now we have screws in the front. The back panel is warped. I wasn’t expecting solid wood for $300 but this particle board bureau is not quality”

“Fills the need for drawer storage in our walk in closet which already had wire shelving and clothes hanging rods. Very satisfied with product. Surface finish is a non glossy white formica. Material is all particle board except for pressboard back and drawer bottoms. Took about 3 hours for one person to assemble, working carefully. Watch the video! Would have given 5 stars except that drawer slides are metal but not ball bearing and the 16 inch deep drawers only open 8 inches.”

“Came with all the parts, and decent instructions. Be aware this is almost all particle board, rest is low density fiber board. Top is hollow from what I can tell came with dime sized damage to it. I am not using it as a dresser so it fit my needs for light weight hobby storage. Drawers only open half way or less. The front of the drawers are what seem to be low density fiber board and got damaged during shipping so they are very sensitive to damage. I was surprised on the cost. The last item I bought at this price point at least was true mdf and actually wood. Actually used screws not plastic dowels and plugs.”

“Unfortunately this item did not match to my expectations. Not only was it difficult to assembly but the measurements of the item. Also when the item arrived at my residence, I noticed that the company it’s from did not give me a return package receipt. This furrow shadow into me having to pay a ridiculous amount of money to return the package. DO NOT RECOMMEND!”

“I have never reviewed a product before, but this dresser is such poor quality I felt I should. It arrived quickly, but the kickboard was cracked, there were multiple scratches and dings on pieces and there are two inoperable drawers due to faulty slide mechanisms. It’s for my daughter who is in college and I doubt it will survive the year. It’s such poor quality, at least it will be easy to break down for the dumpster.”

“I purchased both the nightstand and the dresser for my mom. After putting the nightstand together I realized how cheaply made the product is. I contacted customer support to return the dresser. The nightstand was already assembled so we decided to keep it and use it for storage in the garage. Customer support told me that I had to handle the entire return myself. The dresser box weighs over 400 pounds so the cost to return is would be almost half the cost of the item itself. I took the pieces of the dresser out of the box and all the panels were very dirty with black smudges all over (the panels for the nightstand were also dirty). Looks like we'll have another Ashley item to use for storage in the garage!”

“Super flimsy. Came with one crack so i disregarded it so it wont become a hassle. As soon as I picked it up lightly it cracks in half. A-lot of the holes aren't in the right places. plasticky wood very cheap material. not worth 300 would never buy again.”

“It was very upsetting to discover that the drawers only open half way AFTER i built it.
Putting it together was long but very simple. The quality of the dresser (comparing to the one Ikea sells) feels is a bit less sturdy.
If I didn't have to take it apart and put it back in the original box i would have returned it.”

“Was expecting it to be better well made, it’s a good dresser but not for the price tag. All the pieces of wood don’t like up and leave gaps. The wood was chipping upon opening and was “too small” of a chip to be returned. Overall personally believe you can find something better for this price!”

“When I found out Ashley wouldn’t take the old the furniture and would not assemble the furniture I tried to cancel 1 hour after i ordered the furniture I was told that I couldn’t cancel i would just have to send it back. I live in assisted living also I’m in a wheelchair I couldn’t store it i have no where to put it until fedex. I’ll never shop Ashley again.”

“If you are looking for something inexpensive and very basic, this dresser is a good choice. This dresser has a matte finish and the edges are VERY delicate...be cautious when opening and assembling. Assembly was very easy and it came with good instructions. It is a two person job and will take about an hour for assembly. The hardest part was the tiny screws holding the drawer in place, on the inside.
It was promptly delivered, but damage was done to the two of these that I purchased. Customer service was just ok for what it's worth. I think if this is your price point, the IkE*like option is more durable, higher quality, and better finish.”
