“An IKEA dresser would be better quality than this. I bought two- one arrived damaged, and the second has two drawer sliders that will not move, making two of the drawers completely unusable. The drawers themselves barely even open half-way, so the functionality seems very poor. They look fine from a distance, but as soon as you use it, you can tell how cheaply it's made. Unfortunately, I planned ahead for our projects, and didn't put them together within 3 days of arriving so no return or refund.”

Looks Great - Beware Heavy Parts and Instructions Need Some Revamping

“I mostly put this together by myself. The main portion of the chest isn't difficult to do by one person, just be aware that each of the pieces are quite heavy. Also, the instructions for attaching the legs are a bit messed up - you have to only do a part of the previous step in order for all the screws and other pieces to fit in the correct spots - those two steps need to be broken out into 4 smaller steps. I had to undo my previous work (which was done strictly in accordance with the instruction set) in order to attach those legs.
Son helped me with the drawers - I had trouble trying to get the pegs into the correct spots, but he was able to use a rubber mallet to make quick work of them.
I did have trouble getting the final screws lined up correctly into the sliders, but eventually all but one connected where it was supposed to.
The dresser looks really nice, and the recipient was thrilled when they saw it.
I'm considering buying another one, for me this time.”

“The shipping confirmation said that my dresser would be delivered to my door on Friday May 23rd, but instead it was left at the bottom of my apartment complex building tucked in a corner on Wednesday May 21st. I got no notification that it was delivered and the only reason I knew it was there is because my roommate happened to notice it. The product itself is great once I lugged it up the stairs and put it together, but I’m very upset that it was left down there instead of being left at my door especially since I live on the third floor and the dresser weighs more than I do.”

“The chest of drawers looks nice, at least what I’ve been able to put together. The box came with 2 broken parts and 1 missing piece which I have been waiting almost a month for so I can put it together.
Customer service is not great. I’ve spoken to multiple agents over the phone that sound like they’re at a family party while working. It takes a least two weeks (10 business days) to receive parts. Overall, my complaint and mediocre rank is based more on the company than the product at this point.”
