Not Happy!!!

“One star is being generous only because it's the minimum. The bed was supposed to be delivered in 2 days and the headboard on the 3rd. The bed still has not shown to have left the warehouse less than an hour away and the headboard arrived a 8 days later not 3. Since I had no bed, I don't need a headboard, so I returned it. Customer service is in the Philippines and all you get is the run around. It wasn't until I asked for the number to corporate in WI, that I was refunded for the bed. I just looked and the for the headboard credit and it has not made it back to my account and it was picked up on 7/9 and made it back to Ashley on 7/18.”
